Terms of Service - Scorpion Servers

Introduction:
  • “Us”, “we”, “our” refers to the service provider, Scorpion Servers.
  • When making reference to service, this refers to any products or services purchased by you and fulfilled by us.
  • By purchasing any service from us you agree to be bound by these conditions. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any service provided by us for any reason with refunds being given at our discretion only.
  • We reserve the right to modify these terms of service at any time and you are expected to visit this page regularly. We will aim to inform you of any major changes to the way we operate or to the wording of these terms however this is not always possible. Failure to comply with modified terms of service could result in action taken as reserved above.
  • Termination means to delete your account/files permanently from our system, this cannot be undone.
  • Suspend means to remove your access to your account/files/service until a dispute is resolved, this usually lasts for 14 days until it results in termination.
  • If you require any clarification or are unhappy with any updated terms please contact the customer support team through our website who will be happy to help resolve this.
General:
  • You are over the age of 13.
  • You will not use our service to commit any acts which are illegal in the United Kingdom, France or your country of residence.
  • You will not use our service to disrupt any other part of our service.
Garry’s Mod:
  • When using our service you agree that you will operate within any terms imposed by Facepunch to run a server on their platform.
Minecraft:
  • When using our service you agree that you will operate within any terms imposed by Mojang or Microsoft to run a server on their platform.
Security:
  • You will not give your account details to anyone else (if you require someone else to have access to your service another account can be created for them).
  • You must report any suspected or actual breaches of your account.
  • You are responsible for everything done using your account and unless provided with evidence otherwise we assume actions taken on your account are by you. The only exception to this would be if you have reported a breach and provided evidence that you had no part to play in said breach.
Payment:
  • Services will not be activated until the first payment is received.
  • Failure to renew your service before it expires will grant you a one (1) day grace period in which you can pay the invoice for overdue services without disruption or penalty, beyond this your service will be suspended until it is paid for.
  • After fourteen (14) days, without payment, your service will be terminated.
  • Chargebacks will strictly result in termination, contact support to discuss a refund.
  • You may wish to set up a recurring payment, we are not responsible for any overcharge through inaction on your part. When cancelling you must check with the third-party payment provider.
  • Account credit is non-refundable and non-withdrawable.
Refunds:
  • Refund requests must be submitted through the contact us page and are at our discretion.
  • If a dispute is opened with a third party payment provider we may terminate your service.
  • If a refund is granted any service involved will be terminated.
  • We will always obey our statutory requirements however can’t issue a refund in every case.
Affiliation System:
  • We reserve the right to edit or clear your commission balance or remove your affiliate account at any time for any reason.
  • We will hold all commissions for at least 14 days, starting when the referee completes their payment.
Cancellations:
  • Cancellations may be requested through the client area of our website. You must also cancel any recurring payments as we will not be able to do this from our end.
  • By creating an Account Cancellation Request through our client area you acknowledge that your server will be cancelled without refund. If you would like to request a refund make a support ticket.
Abuse:
  • We may have to investigate complaints of abuse and you are required to respond to any requests we make within seven (7) days of them being made. We may suspend your service until this is resolved depending on the nature of the abuse and the evidence provided.

Violations:
  • We may issue warnings instead of using methods set out in the introduction, however, this is at our discretion.
  • Generally, violations will result in suspension or termination without a refund being issued.
  • Any attempts to exploit any part of our system in any way may result in account suspension or termination without a refund.
